I could comfortably say this hotel... if you can call it that is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Front desk woman is the rudest person ever. Never behind the desk and has an attitude I have never experienced. Its hospitality not hostility. Our patio door is broken open for thievery. Stains on all the beds. Terrible stench in the hallways. Us and 4 other people had to wait until 5:00 PM for our rooms to be ready. Shower curtains have mold on them. A nightmare of a hotel. Avoid at all costs.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The room given to me smelled terrible marijuana. I explained it to the reception but they told me that it was the only available room. I insisted on changing my room or getting a refund. They reluctantly agreed to check the room and when they did so they accepted that it was terribly smelling. Then they offered me another room whose door card system did not work. The only way to enter the room was to get someone with a key from the reception desk. Everytime we wanted to get into the room, we were expected to do the same thing. The room was dirty and so was the bathroom. I only stayed there a night, but what a night!!!!
This was not a great hotel. For starters, the women that at the reception table was very rude and abrupt, as we're the other staff. There were flies and a potato bug in the washroom, and the non-smoking bedroom smelled like smoke. There was nothing to eat at the complimentary breakfast other then eggs and waffles, and finally the hotel itself was very dirty and appeared old. The "fast high speed wifi" is completely unusable. It's really bad. I would steer clear from this hotel.
Have been staying here for over 6 years and staff has always done a wonderful job of making sure i was properly taking care of. Rooms are clean and neat with new bedding and pricing is also good. By the looks of things owner seems to be renovating whole hotel!
Nice hotel with great amenities. Friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast was more than just continental housekeeping daily, really enjoyed our stay.
