This is an amazing and welcoming place. Steve, the manager, really took care of us and made us feel at home. Amenities are great!!! Specially the 24h saltywater pool and the whirlpool. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Clean, quiet, and it looked like it had been renovated recently especially the bathroom. I didn't much like the bed but I think that was more me and my preference for a really firm one since the mattress also looked new. Service was excellent- after I left a couple items behind they went out of their way to find them and the items were in the office when I came back to pick them up. I'd recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
Positive: We were visiting family in Owen Sound and the grounds and pool of the hotel were a great place to visit with our family.Negative: We booked the only full kitchenette in the hotel. Our son has multiple food allergies and we cannot eat at most restaurants, so a kitchenette is a necessity for us. The room was in the basement and there were dead flies and spiders everywhere. It was creepy, but since it was the only room that had a stove and fridge we decided to accept it as it was. The second day we were at the hotel we left muffins in a ziplock bag (that we had made especially for our son and brought from our home) on the counter and something chewed through a bag and sampled the muffins. When we went to notify the front desk, we were told these things happen and they offered to put down some poison. We had to ask for a different room for our final night at the hotel.
Friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are nice and cleaning, well maintained. 24 hour salt water pool is aaamazing! Sauna and whirlpool soooo relaxing and never busy. Can't wait to come back!
