My family has brought our dogs here ever since I was little. When I was old enough to have my own dog, I took him there too. We would travel from Barrie whenever we needed him checked as the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always provided us with the most honest opinion. They never engaged in 'up-selling' and I never left second guessing myself. When it came time to put my dog down two weeks ago, the staff were comforting, understanding and very caring. I firmly believe there is no veterinary clinic like this around. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give you a 0 star I would, I had to use thrm on Sept 2nd O had a emergency with my kitten. The receptionist was rude as well as the vet. Will not recommend them were so ingornate had no compation
Both Ian and Michael have seen my dog on different occasions for checkups and minor issues. Both seem very knowledgeable and capable. Michael performed surgery on my friend's cat and she swears by him now. I recently brought my dog to Ian regarding a mass growing in her belly. He offered a few pre-testing options, explained the risks and prices of each, and ultimately performed the surgery which ended up being much more complicated than anticipated due to the nature of the growth. But, he stuck with it, he worked through his lunch, and I'm very happy to report that my dog is recovering beautifully. The staff was amazing, kind, and very helpful. Plus, they were kind enough to keep the bill within the quoted range, even though the surgery went so long. The entire staff was really amazing with my dog, I don't even think she'll be afraid to go back for her post-op checkup.
A sincere thank you to Dr. Lang and his compassion and patience to my fur child. She has become ill due to an unknown problem and he was more than accommodating to help and diagnose the problem. Still undetermined but he truly has exhibited a passion for animal welfare and I hope we can come to a remedy for Princess Haileys misfortune. Thank you to all of you at the clinic for your help and guidance. It is with sadness that her illness was full on Cancer and her life taken too soon. Thank you for all that could be possibly done and both you and your staff deserve the most respect for your optimal care and kindness. It is never an easy decision but you did provide the tools to keep a loving pet at peace. Thank you.
