I have been using this veterinarian for over 10 years because she is as real as they get. She will tell you exactly how it is and when they are dealing with your cherished pet that is exactly what I want. I would highly recommend and so would my dog if she could talk!
If I could give it a zero star I would; I called for some information and to book a appoiment and the receptionist was very rude will not be using their vet clinic if this is how they treat people
Drs McKibbin, Murray and Harris are simply the best. From the time I was in elementary school to today (in my 40s) we have taken our babies to this clinic for care. Dr McKibbin holds an extra-special place in our hearts as shes been with us many times when the time came to say goodbye to our little furry family members. I have had to take my pups/rabbit to other vets in the area for vet-on-call appointments, and although theyve always been very kind and caring also, we keep returning to OS Vet in Rockford. They really make a great team!
