Great front line staff... cant say the same for upper management (RS)... he has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... this is not the first time I have left and taken my business elsewhere... I feel sorry for the front line staff there ... I can just imagine behind the scenes??
Can get your fishing license /outdoors card here right on the spot. We did and it was fairly quick. Pretty big store, some good deals some not worth it. Nice employees great garden centre in summer

Usually pretty good. Sometimes have to order things in. Wish they had more stock someday but understandable for the size of the store. Usually staff is really helpful.
Found what I needed customer service could be better. Always is a struggle to find someone to help.
