I had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Cooks was at my place within 20 mins and assessed the situation. Provided plan of action and had the entire problem fixed the next day. No money required upfront. This is a fantastic company. The service is beyond what I expected. The entire field and office team was fantastic. Bryan, Chad, Luke treated you as a family.
Recently had to call on Cook's to address a 'no heat' issue in a rental property. Between the office and service technician, communication was great and ability for me to understand what happened and what needed to be addressed was handled well. Appreciated getting two calls from service tech including follow up on invoicing as it related to warranty on new equipment that was installed. Price was as quoted. Tenant was pleased with timeliness of service. I will definitely use Cook's again.
I have used Cooks plumbing and heating now for two years in a row with full satisfaction for there services, they keep there appointments almost to the minute what is convenient for my own busy schedule and the one time they where running late they called and let me know. Had my furnace tuned up by Richard who is very knowledgeable about heating systems answered all my questions and after he was done furnace runs perfect.Also had my water system serviced by George a couple days later same great services.I recommend the team from Cooks to anyone who need plumbing or heating work done.
