The only reason I would like to give 3 stars instead of 1 is because of Rick. Paul is an absolute idiot and is the reason this practice truly gets a 1 star review. Everytime I went for a treatment session I was left alone to to my "routine" along with several or more other people who's appointments overlapped. It looks really bad on a physiotherapist when you have 4 clients in the same hour and none get the 1-on-1 treatment they need because of overbooking.
After a good year and a half of suffering with injury-related symptoms that kept him from school, sports and work, my son switched to this physiotherapy clinic. Within 3 months he was back at it all!! SO impressed at the knowledge, skill, and ability to listen the patient here. When my daughter needed physio this year, I knew just where to go...and she, too, is back at it pain-free! These guys are great at listening to and observing patient changes, giving exercises, and knowledgeable.
